About our Permanent Recruitment Model

Permanent (also known as Contingency Recruitment) is a low risk model of recruitment.
In this model a fee is only payable upon successful placement.
The model also comes with a 3 month replacement guarantee.

We use our Right Person First Time method to recruit for you.
So far we have only had to replace 17 candidates out of the 7500+ that we have been involved in recruiting for since 1991.

As part of the screening process you will receive:

  • three reference checks and
  • our interview notes (using behavioural event, cultural and motivational screening)


The fee for contingency recruitment is based on a percentage of the successful candidate's package.

The standard percentage is 15%, with the following exceptions:

  • Admin: 12%
  • Sales: 13%
  • Real Estate: 13%
  • Trades: 13%
