DISC Leadership Development

Ideal for leaders, managers and team members seeking to enhance their effectiveness by improving their communication ability.

  • Improve your ability to inspire different personality types.
  • Reduce the stress associated with working with "difficult" people
  • Increase teamwork

Why it Works...

Everyone has a natural behavioural profile, ranging in diversity from the person who wants to control the conversation, to the person who sits backs evaluating.

By not being aware of the behavioural profiles and fears of others, we can end up unknowingly de-motivating them.

This workshop provides practical tools to identify and manage the four different DISC behavioural styles - Drive, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance.

Attendees will learn:

  • Their natural style,
  • Clues for reading other people's styles and
  • How to apply methods for interacting more effectively with each style.

These are invaluable to skills that will increase their one-on-one communication effectiveness with peers, subordinates, clients and friends.

  • Recognise clues for identifying the styles of others
  • Develop effective communication strategies for the different styles
  • Identify your personal style
  • Utilise active listening skills
  • Structure your message through establishing the end point first
  • Learn how to effectively lead using powerful questions
  • Gain confidence by actively role playing each communication style
  • Improve your communication
